Wenjia Xu is an Associate Professor and PhD Supervisor at the School of Information and Communication Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. His research has long focused on deep learning and the intelligent processing of airborne and spaceborne remote sensing data, with interests spanning integrated communications and remote sensing, multimodal large language models, and agents. He was selected for the ninth Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program of the China Association for Science and Technology and the 2024-2026 Young Talent Sponsorship Program of the Beijing Association for Science and Technology. He received the International Exchange Award from the Max Planck Society, Germany, and the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award from the Chinese Institute of Electronics Education.
